Standard delivery to the UK mainland is free.
For areas outside the UK mainland, the appropriate delivery charge will be applied to your order. This will be required before I am able to despatch. Payment of customs duty and your local taxes is not included and may be payable by you direct to your authorities.

I try to despatch items within 2 working days of receipt of payment where the item is in stock. Commissions normally take around 3 weeks to produce. If you would like an idea of despatch time, for a particular item, please contact me and I would be happy to give you an estimate. Production depends on volume of orders and firing complexity (eg some items must be put through an addition firing which can take several days and again relies on having sufficient goods for that firing).
All goods are double-boxed for shipping to protect them from breakages and are labelled as fragile, with the exception of ceramic pendants, which are sent in padded envelopes. Please check the goods on arrival. Should any damage occur in transit, please email me with a photograph within 7 days of arrival for a full refund. Claims beyond that period cannot be guaranteed without proof that the claim could not be submitted earlier.
If you are not satisfied with the item that arrives, a refund will be given for goods returned to me in the condition they left me provided they are despatched to me within 7 days of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact us before returning the item and agree the return with us. We may agree to replace damaged goods without you needing to return them. examined and the issue verified.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
